HammerBit Games — Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026 · Applies to: Snapwave and other HammerBit LLC games
HammerBit LLC ("we", "us") makes free mobile games supported by ads and optional in-app purchases. This policy explains what information our games handle and who it is shared with. Our games do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or contacts.
Information collected automatically
When you play, the third-party services below may collect device information on our behalf or for their own purposes as ad-technology providers:
- Advertising — Google AdMob shows the ads in our games and may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID), IP address, and coarse device information to serve and measure ads. Where required, ads are only personalized with your consent (see "Your choices"). See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information.
- Analytics — Google Analytics for Firebase collects gameplay events (for example, that a run ended or a level was completed), device model, and country, to help us understand and improve the game.
- Crash reporting — Firebase Crashlytics collects crash logs and device state so we can fix bugs.
- Purchases — if you buy something, the purchase is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play; we receive a receipt that contains no payment-card details. We use RevenueCat to validate receipts and restore purchases across reinstalls.
Game progress (scores, unlocks, currency) is stored on your device. If you use Game Center or Google Play Games, your scores are submitted to those services under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
- European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland — before personalized ads are shown you will see a consent prompt. You can decline, and you can change your choice any time from the game's settings screen ("Privacy options").
- iOS App Tracking Transparency — on iOS, tracking as defined by Apple only occurs if you allow it in the system prompt. You can change this in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Ad personalization — you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device's system settings at any time.
- US state privacy rights — where applicable state law grants rights to access or delete personal information or to opt out of "sales"/"sharing" for advertising, you can exercise them via the in-game privacy options or by contacting us.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our games, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention and deletion
Analytics and crash data are retained on Google's systems per Firebase's standard retention settings. Local game progress can be deleted by uninstalling the game. To request deletion of data associated with your device identifiers, contact us.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be noted in the game's store listing or in-game.
